The Midwest Queer Trans Zine Conference
The Queer & Trans Zine Conference will be held on Friday, October 17th, 2025 from 9:30am - 4:00pm, at the Elmer L. Andersen Library at the home of the Tretter Collection in GLBT Studies. It is an all day, in-person conference in conjunction with the Midwest Queer & Trans Zine Fest being held at Open Book in downtown Minneapolis on October 18th and 19th.
This inaugural conference is free and open to the public. Registration is required to ensure enough space for all attendees and to have adequate catering. Tea, coffee, and light bites for breakfast will be available as well as catered lunch.
Attendees are expected to be present for the full day conference. Registration is limited, so please only register if you can join us for the day.
